Asheville Comedy Festival

Over the past 16 years, the local festival has showcased nearly 700 comedians. While it may not feature arena-filling headliners, the organizers consistently do the legwork to curate a lineup of underground comics guaranteed to get the crowd laughing. This year, the Asheville Comedy Festival is split across two weekends. The opening stretch kicks off with a string of headlining sets: Ben Bailey of Cash Cab fame takes the stage on opening night, followed by Jessica Michelle Singleton on Friday, and Eleanor Kerrigan closing out the weekend on Saturday.
